The ministry of Christian Education strives to impact the lives of others for Christ. Christian Education fulfills the mandate from Christ (Matthew 28.19) through teaching and living God's Word. The Word of God is taught in such a way that the lost will be converted, the saved will be transformed and all will continue maturing as disciples for Christ.

In accordance with Exodus 18:21-23, the membership of Salem Missionary Baptist Church’s is grouped into geographical areas, based on zip code. These groupings are known as Fellowship Cells. Fellowship Cells are designed to offer opportunities for pastoral care and the developing of relationships and fellowship. Each Fellowship Cell has a designated Fellowship Cell Pastor, who serves as a servant leader.
